I did take the time to read through the complaint – and as much as we would like to think of the “Friendly Family Productions” as the evil West Coast giant – they do make some very good/valid points and I see how two parties holding some over-lapping rights in the same trade mark can lead to issues that might not have been considered 30 years ago. The complaint clearly states that Friendly Family Productions does not intend to stop the site/museum from using its own name. Thanks for posting this.
